After reviewing the tape of Rip Hamilton elbow to Michael Redd from Saturday's game, the NBA upgraded the foul from a flagrant 1 to a flagrant 2. NBA VP Stu Jackson handed out a $15,000 fine but no suspension. Still, doesn't the fine seem a little high relative to other events around the league? Krista Latham explains:

That's $5,000 more than Jackson fined Denver forward Reggie Evans, who grabbed Los Angeles Clippers center Chris Kaman's testicles on Saturday.
