R.I.P., Bam Bam Bigelow

Sad (non-NBA) news: Bam Bam Bigelow passed away. I haven't been a wrestling fan in 15 years, but he was a classic. (via Dethroner)

He was the best “big man” in the business! I loved to watch him. he NEVER failed to amaze me with his agility. My condolences go out to his girlfriend Janis, his brother Todd and the entire Bigelow family. He will be missed!

Sometimes, when I wanted to scare my parents as a kid, I’d tell them I was thinking of getting a tattoo on my head like Bam Bam Bigelow’s.

On a more appropriate note, nothing makes you feel more like an adult to see someone who entertained you as a child pass away. I enjoyed watching him wrestle and am sad to hear this news.

To all:

Scott was a tremendous guy, both in the entertainment industry as he was in person. He fished with my guide service and he will be remember for his sportsman conduct and he was a great fisherman as well as a wrestler. He always asked about my family and he will be missed greatly as a friend. Fish On Scott!

RIP.

Regards to his family, fans, and to those who wrestled with him.

Scott was a tremedous guy with a Big heart and even a bigger appetite for the outdoors. It was tough finding out that he had Been reduced to this after all the hard work he put into his carrer,I remember fishing with him and Brother Todd several times up here in the eastern basin . He will be missed by all the Local guides who he touched over the years.
