None of these teams is really that interesting. In the Southeast I want to see how much Dwight Howard improves, if Dwayne Wade is healthy, and if Michael Beasley can be as great as he was in college in the pros. Other than that it’s a bunch of minor tweaking to mediocre teams going nowhere.

I find Atlanta interesting, a young team with alot to prove. They did take the Celtics to 7 games last year, something we couldn’t do. :-|

Yeah, I felt bad after I posted above that I didn’t mention Al Horford who is a very good young player and leader who is well worth watching. I just think Atlanta is paper thin and people make too much out of Atlanta only going down 4-3 to the Celtics. If you look at the average margin, the Hawks performance was a fluke. The Hawks have 4 good young starters, an older Mike Bibby, and no bench. If they play .600 ball at home I still don’t see them playing .400 ball on the road so that makes them a sub-.500 team — not that interesting.

Well, I never said they were the most incredible team to ever play but with all their young talent it is fun watching them play sloppy and fast pace basketball.

Cant see the Dwight Magic doing any better this year unless they get a better PG. Dont see any ECF in this group.

Totally OT, but just a reminder that the fantasy draft is tonight for those involved with the DBB league. Dibs on Amir.

How mad would you be if we some how, some way, won the Big Ten title this year? (Highly unlikely, but the leader is Penn State and they only have 1 less lost than us and we face them this week.)
