Things could be worse: Part 1

For a lot of Pistons fans, the jury is still out on Michael Curry (and that's probably being too kind), but that's not to say things would have been better had the team kept Terry Porter -- it seems Suns fans are just as frustrated. From Bright Side of the Sun: "Terry Porter is more like the kindly older bus driver shuttling the unruly brats then the fiery hard nose competitor we were expecting. He's acting as if he's afraid to discipline this team and you wonder how much respect for him they have at this point."

Curry is going to be around for a long time.

He will be a very good coach.

He is making the right moves now,

For his next move he should put Herrmann in street clothes and give Sharpe some burn. Either that or the Pistons should send Sharpe back to Fort Wayne where he can get some burn. This is a very talented kid who needs game time in a big way.

For a second I thought they were talking about Flip Saunders.
