Tayshaun questionable for Mavs
From Dave Pemberton:
Pistons coach John Kuester said he was unsure, when asked if forward Tayshaun Prince would be available for Thursday's game at Dallas. Prince suffered a cut on the bottom of his toe against Washington Tuesday night when he was kicked in the foot by the Wizards JaVale McGee.
"Arnie will give me more of an update, but what an unusual injury," said Kuester, who even joked that he thought someone must have been wearing steel-toe boots. "I thought we were in a James Bond movie. When I saw the blood I went, ‘My gosh, what happened.’ He’s going to be all right, but it’s an unusual place to have a cut."
I'm curious who gets the nod if Tay sits; Austin Daye? Or three guards at the start of the game?
Update: Tay, Ben Wallace and Charlie Villanueva are all sitting this out. Reminder: this one is on TV, at least if your cable provider has NBA TV. Ball tips at 8:30 pm.

Perhaps Stuckey could guard Marion, but I’m leaning towards Dajuan Summers. That would make the most sense at least from an athleticism/size perspective, then again Bynum should be able to absolutely demolish Kidd.
I’d like to see Daye get a shot on Marion at some point, that would give us a vague idea on how much strength he has to add before he can guard strong 3s or 4s.

ok scratch that, it turns out Marion will not be playing due to a strained right calf.
In that case, my money is on Daye.

We’ll get plenty of opportunity to see 3 guards during the season. I say let Daye or Jerebko get some serious burn tonight.

At the top garrett posted a possible link. Considering the game will be on NBAtv and hdnet, I think there’s a good chance it will be put it up with decent quality.

I’d just like to add that Tayshaun is questionable in general, not just against the Mavs.
