Did the Pistons made a mistake by signing Charlie Villanueva?

I watch both Piston game this season so far, all I see from him was shooting jumper and turn the ball over when he puts it on the floor. Watching Charlie Villanueva play reminds me of this one bald Asian kid that plays at the park I play ball in.

In my opinion, we should of make a move on either Paul Milsap or David Lee. They're both great rebounders, and they're tough guy who doesn't mind banging inside. That's the kind of big man we need!!!

David Lee Paul Milsap

For one We tried to get Paul MIlsap and He decided to stay which im sure he was offered the same deal as CV. David Lee is just a Jason Maxeill but starting on a bad New York Team. CV missed all of preseason with a hamstring problem, And your right he shot 3-17 or something, and Ben Gordon was 8 for 20, my question is as a floor general and a leader if you know and see your teamate isnt making the shots after 10 missed shots do you keep giving him the ball or try someone who is scoring. Ben Wallace is a beast and is only used for his defense, so as a team you depend on that. stuckey is a point guard so you depend on him to lead the team. not give it to the guy who isnt hitting shots all night. Back to your question David Lee is too short to compete with the bigs in the east. Paul Milsap Didnt wanna come so we are left with CV who isnt the best but better then Umm Glenn Davis

Cv Biggest Problem Is His Defense.....

……He was letting guys get to within 5 feet of the basket last night…..Unaceptable……his offense has been awful as well…….He also has no emotion whatsoever……But his defense last night is what I watched……he was lettign guys back him down and was putting in no effort to stop them defensivly……Huge Huge Problem.

Long answer short...

…yes! Signing CV31, the hairless wonder was absolutely a mistake. In spite of his good play signing Ben Gordon was also a mistake. The fact is the Pistons are looking more and more like a lottery team and what’s really upsetting is that they have almost the entire salary cap tied up in a mediocre roster.
