Bynumite!

With Bynumite playing out of his mind, should he become trade bait? I love watching him, but we have a glutton of guards and the way he is playing we should be able to include him into a trade to bring in a big man.

Tay’s injury kills his potential to be dealt, Joe has to be dying right now. I know I don’t know what he had planned for this season, but he had to have been looking to deal Rip and Tay at some point in this season. Because Tay does not fit in with the new direction of the team, before his injury he just didn’t look comfortable running this offense. Is his defense irreplaceable? Yes, but we have more pressing needs.

Or (and im going to get flamed for this bad) we ship out Stuck and keep Will the Thrill? Because when Bynum is a free agent, he's gone. He will go somewhere where he can start.

Lets see how we do tonight guarding Kobe.

Truce....

Will Byum will be a free agent but im sure Joe D will try to resign him, Im not a fan of stuckey and think he should go but Joe D loves stuckey and with the way things are going and could go with the addition of Rip and Tay coming back im sure that Joe D wont do much this year. Bynum is too much like his old friend vinny johnson. and Unless its a trade for the ages Joe wont make a silly mistake like he did last year. Wilcox and Chucky Atkins are our Trade Bait sorry to say it but its true they come off the books. why else would he bring em in. That and a draft pick would be nice for some team needing space to play in 2010 wit. But im sure it wont be a player we will all love like a chris bosh

Judging by some of the tweets I saw tonight

I think people would rather see Stuckey traded than Bynum. Personally, I think Stuckey has the more upside, but it’s extremely hard to argue against Bynum right now….So I won’t try.

While I haven't liked Stuckey's inconsistent play...

I believe that this season is Stuckey’s chance to prove himself. He has all the tools necessary to be really good. I personally think that Kue is the kind of coach that can really help him start to utilize all of those tools.

Personally I think the biggest step he can make is to recognize the outlook pass from the lane better. When you have legitimate shooters like BG, CV, Rip, and Tay behind you, keeping their threat established can really open up the lane for a guy like Stuckey who’s jumper isn’t yet the model of efficiency it needs to be.

I’m pretty much opposing any trades right now though. I think we’d have to give up to much too much. Unless a dream big man all of a sudden becomes available, don’t trade anybody. Especially a potential building block.

Good Answer

I have been saying that for weeks. that a trade right now is not what we need. I just hope the full team can come back and stuckey steps into the role he is suppose to be in and not so inconsistent.

trade

I wouldn’t trade anybody until our starters healthy. Price is an average starter but the rookies aren’t ready yet. I lost count of all the traveling calls daye has gotten.
