PrintI wanted to take this time to wish everyone Happy Holidays (and I should throw in a happy birthday to DBB's renowned creator, Matt Watson). Surely, since 64 points and a loss to the Raptors is equivalent to receiving lumps of poop in our stockings, the Pistons are probably planning to gift wrap a belated win for us come Sunday when Rip, BG, and possibly even Tay return to the lineup.
It's a real treat to be able to write about the Pistons and share the experience with all of you. Even though I've been on SB Nation for almost 9 months, I realize I'm technically the n00b to Detroit Bad Boys. With that being said, I think we're all going to get along nicely and have an awesome 2010 together. I think I can speak for all of us here when I say that I appreciate your continued support.

It’s Christmas here in Oz. Santa has been and gone and left me with a heap of beer to get through.

I’m all for changes, so long as the propensity for candid and frank discussion, including the use of salty language, isn’t curbed by the new arrangement. I frequent one other SB site (Blazersedge), and they’ve practically got babysitters. We’re grownups here, so hopefully we’ll be allowed to talk like the kids are in the other room.
SB sucks.
I never wanted the old DBB as bad as I do now…
Anyway, Bill “The Sports Fag” Simmons has a doucher article on ESPN.com in which he proposes trades for all the teams in the NBA not as “awesome” as the Celtics (yank, yank) currently are. He ACTUALLY proposes Dumars would trade Tayshaun to the Celtics for nothing A.K.A. Tony Allen, Scalab… You know what, it doesn’t matter. Finishing his trade scenario would only lend credence to his Down’s Syndrome-induced idea. Bill Simmons, you deserve to die.

Site looks good, kind of weird going to DBB and having a completely new look after three years of the original site’s look.

I was watching it at work today and lakers fans showed themselves to be the whiny bitches in real life that they appear to be on the millions of message boards they spam. Seriously if you are going to whip water bottles and foam fingers on the court at least try and hit lebrun square in his ugly mug.

Glad to hear
that BG, Rip, and Tay might be back. I was in the Palace for the first time in my life at the Toronto game, and I left during the 4th. It was supposed to be a thing of beauty, not this abomination.
No wins either
Pistons never won when I was there, in fact I believe they started their 5 game win streak once I left Detroit.
