Trade talk
I was watching the NBA Coast to Coast on ESPN monday night and in the ask the analyst section of the programming a fan asked via twitter "what big man would work for the pistons?" In the response Jamal Mashburn mentioned Carlos Boozer from Utah for either a Richard Hamilton or Tayshaun Prince.
Personally I think that is a huge win-win for both teams. Trading Hamilton or Prince for the Pistons wouldn't be a huge blow and Utah could expect Paul Milsap to step in and give decent production to their starting squad.
The trade that makes the most sense would be a Boozer for Hamiltion trade. I personally think that the Pistons need Hamilton way more than Prince. And the Jazz already have a good small forward like player in Andrei Kirilenko.
Boozer is an athletic strong powerful post presence(which the Pistons have really lacked this decade) and an extremely hard worker.
Anyone else hear anything about possible trade rumors?

I'm definitely not shooting this down...
But I hear a lot of Utah fans gripe about Boozer taking too many face-up jump shots and not posting up down low. Wasn’t that our issue with ’Sheed?
Now, I’m not that familiar with his game myself. That’s just what I hear Utah fans complain about.
They hold all the cards
They are doing just fine the way they are, atleast better than us, and Rip doesn’t exactly have the most favorable contract. Especially considering that they might even be able to go thrift shopping the summer after the dust clears AND keep Boozer. I see it as us practically begging Utah for that trade.
Utah won't do it
The last thing Utah needs is the contract of Rip or Tay.
They already have AK47 on the books, and it’s a horrible contract. They’re over the luxury tax already; moving Boozer for either of those two Pistons keeps them over the luxury tax for at least one more season after this one.
