December 9, 2009  7:00 PM ET
TV: Fox Sports Detroit PLUS  Radio: 97.1 The Ticket
Probable starters:
Chucky Atkins PG Allen Iverson
Rodney Stuckey SG
Andre Iguodala
Jonas Jerebko SF Thaddeus Young
Jason Maxiell PF Elton Brand
C
Samuel Dalembert
Allen Iverson. One team's canswer, another team's answer.

Iverson is reunited with the city of brotherly love and for the second game in a row he's looking for revenge against a team that didn't believe he could still be a starter.  Naturally, he lost to the Nuggets and let's hope he loses to the Pistons tonight, allowing Detroit to pick up their third straight victory.

Detroit defeated the Sixers a month and one day ago, 88-81, in Detroit.  However, Detroit will be on the road where they have lost five in a row, and they will be without Ben Gordon (ankle).  They will also be without Tayshaun Prince and Richard Hamilton, but you already knew that (the good news is that they'll all be back soon). The Sixers have taken the last two games against Detroit in Philly.

Tip off at 7 PM EST.  Won't you stay awhile and chat here during the game?

i only caught the end but it seemed like the pistons were always in control even when they were down. i got the feeling that they were gonna win this thing no matter what. even though that definitely wasn’t the case cuz they had to have philly miss an open 3…and have rodney chase down a loose ball and get off a wild shot.

I guess my player of the game has to be Stuckey...

sick stat line.

And Jonas? The guys becoming a standard double double. He made 4 TO’s tonight but if theres one thing we know about Jonas, he’s gonna learn from it. And to be honest, 12 from the team isn’t that bad considering it was the Sixers.

Strong games like this make me worry about the injured coming back. Hate to mess with a good thing.
