I was there last night (first game of the season) and it was great. I was pumped to see him. And like Dice said, he did get a loud ovation even during warmups.
The best part though, was yelling “aaiiirrrr baaallll” when he aired a three lol.

^ I was there too and it was definitely an experience to see the crowd’s reaction to Chauncey. That “airball” part really was awesome, though, since he was jacking them up and it was just fun to tease him.

I definitely didn’t appreciate Chauncey as much until he was gone. Thanks for the championship and all the great memories!

V, they absolutely should. I saw this yesterday for the first time. I would’ve loved to be there. Awesome.

Pistons fans sure know how to welcome part of the family back home. Make something happen with that cap space Joe D!

Don’t it always seem to go that you don’t know whatcha got til it’s gone. You trade Chauncey Billups for a future hall of fame bum.
Shoo bop bop bop. Shoo bop bop bop.

It actually works with the melody of the song, oddly enough.

I was at this game and this ovation rivals the one given to Rick Carlise after his first game back after being fired. The Fans like to send a message to Joe D and the Owners. They did it this night and they did it for Carlise. I wonder if there are any regrets?
