Curry is the one to blame. he is so stupid as a coach. first quarter pistons were led by their bench. they start the second the same, end the 2nd quarter with the starters and game is tied. 3rd quarter starters stink down by as much as 7. then bench come in give them a lead with 5mins. curry decides to put stuckey in and gives cavs the gaMe.period. How can joe d let this pass? I mean come on! AI led the spurt in the fourth. He can drive and get the calls that bynum can’t. AI may be old but he is still AI! I still have hope in this team! 1 time for the playoffs.

He lead the 76ers to the 2001 NBA Finals. That 76ers team had nothing else on the team besides him. You guys need to cut AI some slack, he has lead a team to the Finals before.

Its such a mess – Yes AI is still AI and if you really want to talk about AI it shows you don’t win the championship w/o defense and as much as I love to see AI do his thing Defense ain’t one of them. I know that wasn’t good grammar but at 5’11" and 165 the defensive liability that we fall into costs us a lot yeah let AI get the points WE need as a team to put us over the top but trading baskets w/no stops on defense equals a loss. Sorry but lets keep it real.

I’d love to see AI have the effect on the Pistons that he did in 01 w/the Sixers. But every body keeps reminded us that the sixers were a team of supporting cast with one star. Not the case in the “D” which reminds me the biggest kick on AI is his defense is lacking; yes he can make points to mask to lack of “D” but we can’t win championship games trading baskets and without playing good defense. That is what we do in Detroit balanced scoring with staunch defense. Did u forget?
