With Detroit's first-round playoff series against Cleveland beginning this weekend, Curry said he plans to sit Rasheed Wallace, Richard Hamilton and Antonio McDyess on Wednesday.

Tayshaun Prince will start, but his minutes will be significantly reduced.

"Just because Tayshaun has his consecutive game streak, I'll probably play him in the first quarter," Curry said.

Look for Arron Afflalo, Kwame Brown and Amir Johnson to join Rodney Stuckey and Prince in the starting lineup.

FYI

Tayshaun Prince’s streak will hit an impressive 494 consecutive games on Wednesday night. It spans six seasons as he last missed a regular-season game on April 13, 2003 in his rookie season.
