As you can see from Charlie Villanueva's tweets above, he lost to Chris Bosh in the race to 50K followers.  Motown String Music put up its best fight to help Villanueva, but, unfortunately, our efforts came up short. 

Charlie Villanueva will be a good sport and still donate the shoes he promised and will enjoy the laugh that should come from whatever Bosh makes him do in a YouTube video.  I'm sure the video will entertain, but let's hope he doesn't have to dress up as Hannah Montana.

At least now our twitter feeds won't be spammed with @cv31 and @chrisbosh "follow me," "no, follow me," tweets.  Twitter is back to normal until the next silly athlete twitter competition comes about.
