Charlie Villanueva Already Acclimated to Detroit Basketball
Charlie Villanueva is already getting acclimated to the Detroit basketball scene just 24 hours after agreeing to a deal with the Pistons. Villanueva averaged just over 16 points per game and nearly 7 rebounds per game in 26 minutes per game last season with the Milwaukee Bucks. Perhaps with more minutes, this could be a 20-10 guy? Either way, it gives the Pistons another option on offense and a younger guy who still has plenty of room to grow offensively, and, yes, even defensively.
If you are on Twitter follow the Detroit Pistons' first real Twitter user, or twitterer, CV31. I'm looking forward to his half time tweets.

Oh well now I'm excited!
Who needs defense when you’ve got the ability to tweet?!

No need to be derisive
You should be happy that a player is excited to be in Detroit. At least he’s being mature about it and not listening to the unfair stereotypes

Not trying to be derisive...
…wait…what does that word mean? Yeah, so maybe I’m poking a little fun at CV31, but let’s be honest…for $7million a season they could send him to Anchorage and I’m sure he’d be excited too. For the record, I am following Chuckles on Twitter and he was just as excited when he thought he was headed for Cleveland. It’s all about the $, but at least he isn’t complaining.
