What teams and NBA players do you hate the most?

The teams I despise most have a lot to do with certain players who are on those teams. Boston (Perkins), Cleveland (Varejao), and Chicago (Noah) top my list. Add some fumes by commenting on the teams/players you hate. Posting pictures and recalling reasons or previous incidents will not only serve as supporting evidence, but will, I'm sure, also add to my my lack-luster first FanPost. Also, vote for who you think the Piston's greatest rival is currently.

Rivals

I think its kind of hard to find a rival when you aren’t really in contention, but I think the Bulls and the Pistons rivalry is going to heat back up in a few years. Now as far as teams I hate the worst, way and away the Cavs, mainly because that roster skates on the fact they have the first or second best player in the NBA. Oh, and Anderson Varejo. Because he looks like Justin Guarini.

I already made a thread like this, sans the poll.

Not complaining, just letting people know there is now more than one.

I know

I never pass up an opportunity to talk junk on Anderson Varejo. Its impossible.

Celtics, Cavs, Celts, Cavaliers, and the Celtics

The entire Boston roster.
The entire Cavs roster minus Shaq (he’s funny).

Oh, and I love the Lakers, so you can stone me for that one. We own them anyhow, so they’re always my “down year” fallback team to root for. Them and Denver.

I hate anything Cleveland...

but in other more breaking news…I hate Glen Davis because he is a big baby. Plus he took his shirt off during the parade after Boston won the championship.

Depends on the year

Of course this year we have no particular rival. I remember the Bad Boys – Celtics rivalry and the Bulls rivalry, and man. . . ! Anyway, the current version of the Celtics is really, really unlikeable. The Cavs are annoying for reasons already mentioned. I dislike Kobe, Artest, and some other Lakers (even Gasol, whom I don’t actually dislike, bugs me because of the way the Lakers got him).

To throw in a couple of other teams not mentioned, as long as AI is on the Sixers I’ll root against them. Utah bugs me for various reasons including but not limited to the fact that we can never beat them.

Maybe the current Bulls will turn into a hated rival, but although I too find Noah annoying, they don’t really register with me much.

On the other hand, I’ve always liked, or at least respected, the Spurs. Sure, Ginobli flops some, but they are generally a well-run organization that plays the game the right way.

I know we never beat Utah...

but in a reality they’re the only other NBA team I like. I think it’s that point guard of theirs, what’s his name again? Mister Iwishhewasapiston?

Trail Blazerian here

I can’t turn down an opportunity to proclaim my hate for kobe and the lakers, but especially kobe. That cocky smug little cast off showboater makes me sick. As much as I hate the lakers, and always have, I have to admit off pretty proud of Pau Gasol for intentionally missing those two free throws at the end of the Cleveland game the other night, thus handing the win to the Cav’s. I haven’t ever seen a greater display of sportmanship in my life. Maybe now the message will get through kobe’s you can’t spell TEAM without ME ball hoarding and pass the ball to Pau at the end of quarters when he’s open and not selfishly hog the spotlight and attempt to upstage Bron after every basket he makes.
Thanks for the opportunity for me to share that.

I was checking in to see tonight’s preview against my beloved Trail Blazers. It’s almost game time folks. Just FYI

Wow.

Those percentages really don’t mean ish when you see the total votes cast.

personally I would have voted indiana

esp in the early 2000’s, it was by far the best rivalry in the NBA. I think that between this rivalry spawned the fight at the palace involving Ron Artest.

also most hated player in the NBA for at least. Andre Miller, the most over rated player in the NBA.
