From me, and anyone else who knows anything: orlando is not winning the title this year with their current wing situation

so...

pistons get: gortat, tyrus thomas, cap trash from bobcats (najera, carroll, etc)

bobcats get: rip, tayshaun, vince carter, draft pick(s) from pistons if necessary

pistons get 2 young bigs to address existing problems with rebounding and interior defense. 

orlando improves, trying to win a title this year.

MJ saves a boatload of long-term cash; consequently giddy, it might not even occur to him to ask for some draft picks.

orlando gets: gerald wallace, stephen jackson, sagana diop
