Deron Williams is the best IMO
That said I would still give my Joe Dumars’ left nut to have Chauncey back.
I'm just like a sports reporter, but without the insight or money.

hmmm...
I think Chauncey is talking about contributing in all aspects of the game, not necessarily being the best or better than any particular guard in any particular category.
In the case of comparing CP3 and Chauncey, I don’t think that anyone would argue that Billups is a better: 3 point shooter and post-up player. He’s not as good as CP3 at other things, but I think his argument is that he give you a little bit of everything, and I guess he feels that he does that better than any other player in the league.
