If any of you have ever checked the link in my signature you know that I'm first off a baseball fan and find the art of pitching to be especially interesting. But the truth is that I find that the biomechanics and physics involved with any sport (or anything for that matter) to be highly interesting, which is why I'm here.
With most of the discussion around here being about the draft, the various prospects, and about trade/free agent dealings. I figured a discussion into what constitutes a good basketball jumper might be a good change of pace for us all, especially since the discussion around here is getting a bit redundant.
I know nothing about the mechanics of this particular sport really which is why I come to what I've noticed is a very knowledgeable community. Have fun with it. Talk technical, point out the guys with the best mechanics, the worst, the downright strange. For the most part, I'm just bored with draft talk.
