Keith-o on summer training (update)
Generally what you would like to hear, everyone's working hard, especially CV.
However I posted this primarily because of a line on Stuckey:
"Rodney Stuckey, back in town from Seattle and looking dramatically leaner, was last off the basketball court and petitioning Kander to oversee his stretching. "
I noticed that Stuckey just did not look as explosive as his first 2 years last year, not to mention he had put on a few inches on his waistline. Hopefully this will help him on his drives, by improving on his hang time and also agility.
update:
Rodney added his own personal account of his summer so far, and I'm really liking what I read.
Granted talk is cheap, but he mentioned spending a lot of time with the rookies to build better chemistry, has put more emphasis of being a vocal leader and has completely changed his diet. If I only I too was a millionaire, dieting would be so much easier when you can hire a personal chef.

Also mentions Kander's penchant for things like Martial Arts as part of training...
…Cousins should fit right in.
Kander is amazing. On CV:
"The No. 1 thing, we want him to become a better runner," Kander said. "I want to see him be able to run the court with more proficiency. We’re going to improve his stride mechanics so there is less resistance in his body when he’s running."
How awesome is that? CV’s going to be a different player next season if he keeps up the hard work fo’sho.

I'm going to contact the palace either this summer or next
and see if i could perhaps get an internship with Kander in the future (or at least speak with him about the job and how to get into such a position). Only reason why I might not do it this year is because while I do have many credits and a stacked resume (being an eagle scout and getting into Michigan’s nondegree program at 16 among other things), I haven’t actually taken that many truly high level biology courses.

I think you might need a minor in witchcraft and voodoo to work with Kander. He does some crazy stuff. That would be awesome if you could connect with him, though!

got a response from Keith
he told me to write Arnie a letter address to him and he’ll personally place it on Arnie’s desk.
Nice guy, I’m you guys, you should give him more slack.

You mean Arnie Kander's Miracle Tonic?
Cures everything from flatulence to pestulence while keeping your muscles filled with vigor and your libido pushed to its maximum potential.
Jonas Jerebko once killed a charging female rhinoceros in heat protecting its young with nothing more than a hook shot.
Big things from Stuckey?
I know many have written Stuckey off to some degree in that they don’t think he is capable of significant improvement.
I am still optimistic. Without completely rehashing the whole argument either way, I will simply say that typically year three is when a jump in play often happens for young players. This is Stuckey’s 4th year, but when you consider the broken hand, multiple coaches, and the bizarre rosters, this is really way more like Stuckey’s 3rd year.
It is clearly do or die time for Stuckey and I think he knows it.
