Rip to Orlando for Gortat/Pietrus?

As much as I hate the idea of trading Rip, I think it's inevitable. Rip is exactly who Orlando needs, and we get 2 solid players in return: a backup for Prince and backup center in Gortat. Good trade, or do we still have a log jam at SG by trading for Pietrus?
