Pistons gameplan - what's Your coaching strategy?

I saw an interesting discussion question on need4sheed, so i guess i'm stealing it. hope that's legal.

What would be your coaching strategy for the Pistons? Come up with your lineup and a mini-gameplan.

Here's mine:

1st lineup
bynum - better pg, gets us in a better flow of offense (20 assists, that's a feat that deserves starting pg)
rip - ppl hate on him but he still produces, bottom line
tay - ditto
monroe - opens up offense with passing, if he can score aggressively and consistently in the paint, we're in playoffs
ben wallace - still a beast on D

2nd
Stuckey - let him attack when he gets in, plus he's better defensively than bynum. he's better at attacking than facilitating
Gordon/Tmac - just drive & shoot!
Jerebko/Daye - awesome upside for both, show energy on D
Villanueva - get strong on D, and don't shoot lazy 3s, work inside/ then outside
Maxiell - stay strong on D

I wouldn't trade Tayshaun he's too multitalented, and he holds things together on the court, with no true point guard.

Rip may have to go, but that's only if TMac can score 18 a night, and only if we can get a 18pts/8rebs/2blk big man in exchange. You don't trade productivity just because.

I'd play all 12 players, wear the other teams out, have all of our shooters run off screens constantly like Rip. We could have 2 solid lineups, with a lot of players playing 20-30 minutes. With so many scorers, whoever's hot can finish the game.

With passes from Monroe opening up the offensive flow of the 1st team, and Jerebkos hustle matching with the shooters on the 2nd team, all we would need is Wallace and Maxiell to stay healthy, and we could be over .500. Then if we got a big defensive big man I would expect a couple rounds of playoffs.

Terrico & Dajuan are there to replace injuries. Wilcox is trade bait with Rip for a big man that gets 18/8/2.

If Kuester pushes passing and defense (by only playing the players that will do both well), I think we are going to surprise the whole league.
