A lot of us are expecting Austin Daye to take a big step this season. Paolo Zamorano's interview with Daye about how he prepared for his critical third season is a good read and worth your time.

Good to see Daye working out but man, after reading this it seems like he might need to change his routine up. Maybe he still weighs only 200 pounds because he was biking 40 miles a day!!

You can’t add mass if you’re constantly catabolizing every shred of proteins+lipids in your body
Without a doubt, squats are a cure for everything.

I haven't seen the bodybuilding episode yet, but I can't wait.
In related news, the actor who plays Blake injured himself on an off day in the past couple months.
After he lost a beer pong game, he got pissed, and decided to do some luchadore shit to break the table… it ended up breaking his back.
Dude actually lives his on-screen character. I love it.
That goddamn Okra and beans got you Oprah in jeans. Seems to me a little lean cuisine, wouldn't hurt much- Agh don't touch! -Obie Trice
damn thats crazy lol
you can tell those dudes are really like that, they film that show in their actual house. the body building episode was pretty hilarious, especially the wizards rap “dont make this wizard dont make this wizard pissed i can kill a hill giant with a flick of my wrist”
