felton can not be traded in combination with other nuggets players due to league rules.

I would offer this year's lottery pick (top 3 protected), along with wilcox and maxiell.  or some combination of them and/or summers, MFWB, maybe even charlie or stuckey.  it all kind of makes my head hurt.
