Poor Ben Gordon. I really, truly believe he was on the cusp of becoming one of the rare NBA-promoted superstars thanks to his performance in the playoffs against Boston. And then just like that, he’s a nobody. He’s less than nobody now. He barely gets on the floor on one of the worst teams in the league, and even when he does he can’t seem to make it happen. The guy has crazy offensive skills but just hasn’t been able to put it together in Detroit and that bums me out.
