The Piston Acquisition and New Development Awards Tournament
Below you will see a bracket with a bunch of possible things that can happen in the Pistons upcoming off-season. Each of these things are paired together, much like the NCAA tournament, and we will vote to decide which one of these developments will move on to the next round. For each matchup in the tournament you will have to choose between two options and think "What would I rather see the Pistons do this offseason?"
Update: I had planned on using some sort of embedded voting mechanism like a poll, but that doesn't work on SB Nation. If people are at all interested I think it should still be a pretty cool time if we write our votes out in the comments.

Voting Procedures
I looked online for a way to do a proper vote, but I think the best way to do it is right here in the comments. Copy and Paste the table below into your comment and go through each of this weeks match ups and select which of the two options you would rather have the Pistons do this off-season and delete the other one.

BTW: Dump Rip and a Future first implies that we are giving up a future first round pick for some other team to absorb the contract.
Dumping Ben Gordon, Charlie Villanueva, and Jason Maxiell implies that we buy them out and we get nothing in return, and we are stuck with a cap hit of 1/3 of the salary for the life of the contract.
I'll close first round voting March 26th, count up to see who wins, and then post up round 2 right here in this thread on March 27th.
