The tournament where users vote on future outcomes for the upcoming off-season.  In the last round we had lots of surprising action 

Elite Eight Highlights

• Mike Ilitch still moved on to the next round, beating "Dump Rip" and advancing to the round of four.  If he made it this far it seems unfair to take him out.  Maybe people still want him to be owner?  Maybe people want the Pistons to move downtown?  If so I he will be around and people can vote on him there 
• Bill Laimbeer defeated the young European Jonas Valanciunas by a single vote.  The European propsect is the highest vote getter of the draft picks that were still around, hopefully he will actually be around when the Pistons pick at seven.Next Round:  Mike Ilitich as owner will be facing "Bill Laimbeer hired as coach."
  
• Apparently, draft picks less important than anointing the predecessor to Tayshaun Prince.  The development of both Austin Daye and Jonas Jerebko's return handily beat the drafting of Perry "Rasheed" Jones or Kenneth Faried by a combined 21-5.  Jonas has been quite the juggernaut this tournament, but if Austin Daye hits more clutch 3 pointers this matchup might get interesting.  Next Round:  The future of our 3 position hangs in the balance as "Austin Daye Plays Lockdown Defense" faces "Jonas regains full health and a deadly 3"

Side Bracket

Last week I made up a couple of match ups from what was going on around DBB that week just to keep things interesting.  This week I am going to do the same, and they will be down below the rest, but I will clearly mark them as not part of the regular matchups.

• Draft either Walker or Knight or Fredette and throw them into the fire               Or           Draft Kenneth Faried and Bismack Biyombo
• Ben Gordon Gets 21+ shots a game            Or           Will Bynum learns to maintain his 4th quarter intensity for 30+ minutes

Do people want to go with athletic rebounding and shot swatting, or do we want to try to develop a potential game changing point guard?

And, Given what we learned about Ben and Will from the MPG analysis, which outcome would be better?

I looked online for a way to do a proper vote, but I think the best way to do it is right here in the comments.  Copy and Paste the table below into your comment and go through each of this weeks match ups and select which of the two options you would rather have the Pistons do this off-season and delete the other one.

*This questions is kind of irrelevant because Ilitch lost out on the team.  It's been in there the whole time so it will stay, and you can still answer it if you wished Ilitch was going to buy the team, or if you hope that the Pistons are going to move downtown. 

This the downside of doing a bracket like this over weeks and weeks, instead of at a bar on a summer weekend with no sports to watch.
