This is my first post on this site, I usually just write about the Lions but today is a good day to start.
I'll begin with four words... GET RID OF STUCKEY. Is he seriously in any position to determine when he'll actually play or not? The best sound in the world was watching his ass get booed the other night. How many people do you see the at the Palace wearing his jersey? I wouldn’t even buy the replica for $10 at Marshalls. You are an absolute f'n disgrace and I curse the day you got drafted. I look at all the people in Detroit who are losing their homes, struggling to feed their families and watching their legendary city decline in jobs and now in population and then I watch Rodney collect a $3.8 million check and not want to work? If you don't want to be resigned, then go somewhere else, your an UFA this year and nobody is going to miss you when you leave. Good luck in Cleveland num nuts.
Having vented my frustrations about the biggest waste of cap space on our roaster I know shift my gears into admiring Rip Hamilton. Benched for almost 2 months and how many times did he stand in front of the camera and shoot his mouth off? ZERO. He stayed professional and when his number was finally called, he did what he always did... shot the lights out. I love how the media always suggests to trade Rip and Tayshaun just because they have huge contracts. There's a reason their still around. These guys are what the Pistons are all about and there’s a reason why these "not superstars" took down the Lakers 4-1 in 2004. I think they have it all wrong; we need to keep them while we have them and build around them. Get rid of Stucky, Charlie and every other pretty boy on our roaster and bring in some grinders. The guys that used to bulldoze anyone who even thought of backing into the paint. Bring in some guys who come to play ball every freaking night of the week and twice on Sunday. U don't have to create "The Bad Boys" again but have the same idea. 5 starts who all serve one purpose and play like that have its their last night on earth.
