Shane asked Gores how patient he'll be as the Pistons attempt to turn things around.  "I'm patient with progress. If we're making progress, then I'm patient," Gores said. "If we're not making progress, I'm very impatient."

When asked how he defines progress, Gores continued. "We have to win, we have to do the right things," he said. "We have to show that we're making progress as a team and franchise. I'm very patient -- but we must show progress. And if we don't show progress, then I will be one of the most impatient people you know."
