like you said theres nothing wrong with work ETHIC and acount abillity. those are GOOD, but also improtant. and defense comes FIRST not second. or, defense first, and second, other things THIRD. like rebound's. rebound's make posessions and possesions are nine tenths of the law, thats a statistic. which is, numbers with a point.

1 more thing. no sugarcoat, your right about JACKS and joes, theres no place for XES and OS in basketball, those are hugs and KISSES. not stratergy. i know your smart but remember its not just jacks and joes that paly basketball, on the pistons TEAM have gregs and jonas's too. though in the pistons PROGRAM theres one JOE but he is TO fat to play anymore. just epinion
