Silly question
Does anybody know who the auditor on the NBA Draft Lottery is? I was on Jeopardy once and there were auditors all over the place looking over your shoulder and making sure shit was on the up and up. I thought of this because my day job is tracking references to PricewaterhouseCoopers in the press. They've done the Oscars forever. Surely there must be a third party at the lottery to make sure its not fixed (not that that's going to convince many people its not, but still ...)

Have friends
that have worked at Ernst & Young. Not there anymore and of course that was E&Y in Toronto. But thanks.
It was a Kick.
When it came time to talk to Alex I talked about basketball (naturellement). People backstage were really cool and nice. But don’t misspell anything in Polish. Costs you big time.
Lottery balls
I hate it that I’m thinking lottery balls and it’s only January (plus the season didn’t start till Christmas). But I reiterate my rock bottom philosophy, lottery balls will just disappoint. Hopefully the depth of next year’s group will help.
Well, we’re pretty much guaranteed a top 6 pick, barring a miracle trade which makes us better, and we should be able to pick up a solid big man at that spot.

I agree
There’s gotta be someone who stands 6’7’’, shoots 37% from the floor, and is thinking to himself…“I’m one good stomach flu away from being a 1st rounder…” in the Sun Belt conference, or possible Mozambique.

Who am I?
I’m just a theology student living in Toronto. I also used to watch the Pistons at Cobo. My brother lives one exit away from the Palace so I really must get there sometime. And I spend way way too much time lurking here.

My day job
I work part time tracking the accounting industry in Canada. There was a feature on David Kahn in which he questioned the integrity of Ernst and Young and their monitoring of the draft lottery. I marked it negative for Ernst and Young (who are not the ultimate client) on principal.
Oops
Sent it back to the client. But will try to find.
Canada's second national newspaper
has rally great invoicing. Enjoy.
