Pistons guard Rodney Stuckey had to leave the team's preseason opener on Wednesday night with an apparent right knee injury. He was able to walk off under his own power and looked like he wanted to stay in the game, but he was replaced by Corey Maggette for the remainder of the first half.

Stuckey's right foot got stuck under Raptors big man and former Piston Amir Johnson during a scrum for a loose ball and Stuckey fell over the top of Johnson with his foot still trapped under Johnson. Stuckey immediately reached for his right knee and yelped in pain as he went to the hardwood. He remained on the floor for over a minute while he was attended to by the team's trainer, Arnie Kander. Stuckey ultimately walked off the court with no assistance and paced around the bench before being subbed out for the quarter's final 34 seconds.

Stuckey had six points on 2-for-4 shooting with three assists opposite one turnover in 14-plus minutes before the injury. We'll keep you posted as more details emerge.
