In a short preview about the upcoming game against the Grizzlies, Detroit News beat writer Vincent Goodwill describes Rudy Gay as someone the Pistons would "love to acquire". Give that Gay is a small forward, this should probably not surprise anyone. But does Gay really help the Pistons get where they are going? Another overpaid veteran who needs the ball to be effective and has already reached his ceiling? No thanks.
