Can the Pistons break their losing skid against the Kings, or will we see a bunch more skid marks instead?
Game Tips at 10:05 p.m. ET.
The Pistons are still winless after getting routed by Denver. There were a couple brightish spots, though. Moose looked a little more like Moose and had himself a double double. Rodney Stuckey made some shots (emphasis on some) though, so at least we know he remembers how to do it... or at least sort of does. And Singler remained the surprise of the season, at least to me, scoring 9 points on 5 shots.
The Kings are coming off their first win of the season two nights ago in their home opener against Golden State. Marcus Thornton is off to a nice start, DeMarcus continues to be a tease, and Tyreke Evans still hasn't rediscovered his rookie mojo.
Keys to the Game:
Try doing more basketball things, for real this time: Again, making layups, taking open shots, boxing out, etc., are important. Let's try all of those things in the same game, yes?
Play the right players, at the right time: Look, Andre Drummond needs more minutes, and he needs minutes with Greg Monroe. Lawrence Frank is apparently the only human being on the planet who doesn't see this.
Play through it: This isn't a great team, but it's a lot better than the first four games suggest. Man up, work together, and stay positive.
Question of the Game:
Can you tell this post was last minute?
But seriously, will we see more Moose Rebounds or more Bull minutes?
