Just as a reminder before all this draft craziness starts, it is time to review the inaugural Official Detroit Bad Boys Draft Board.
2,737 votes were cast to help create the top 15 players that should make up the Pistons draft board as chosen by Detroit Bad Boys readers. A sincere thanks to all those who voted and got involved in the comments. I think this experiment was a great success and really illustrative of how hard making a draft board can be.
To recap, here is the top 15:
First Pick: Anthony Davis
Second Pick: Thomas Robinson
Third Pick: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist
Fourth Pick: Andre Drummond
Fifth Pick: Harrison Barnes
Sixth Pick: Bradley Beal
Seventh Pick: John Henson
Eighth Pick: Jared Sullinger
Ninth Pick: Meyers Leonard
Tenth Pick: Kendall Marshall
Eleventh Pick: Tyler Zeller
Twelfth Pick: Perry Jones III
Thirteenth Pick: Arnett Moultrie
Fourteenth Pick: Terrence Jones
Fifteenth Pick: Jeremy Lamb
Now it is time to start thinking about the second round. I've put together a group of names of players who could be available with the 39th pick. Vote on who you want the Pistons to draft. In a couple hours I'll lop off the top five vote getters and put up another poll for the 44th pick.
