Hi. My full name is The G. Boourns and I am an addict. I am addicted to Gearbox Software's Borderlands series. For the past 2+ years, I have been desperately awaiting the arrival of Borderlands 2 and now that it is hopefully less than 24 hours away, I can almost taste it. May both come in great quantities to all! So I made some chili. It has the 3Bs, 3Hs, and 3Cs with the standards that makes your mind insist to your belly that you need to have a second bowl. Bacon, Beef, and Buffalo...Hatch Green Chile, Habanero, and...Halapeno..., Cayenne, Cumin, and Cinnamon...Kidney Beans, Crushed Tomatoes, and Onions. Topped with Greek Plain Yogurt (its totally just sour cream re-branded) and Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Man oh man...not even this chili can satiate my taste for Borderlands 2...WHOSE WITH ME!
