This year's ESPN Lottery Mock Draft

So, I was curious when the 2013 version of Chad Ford's Draft Lottery roulette game was going to arrive. Last night, I discovered that it is now live. Every year we all get a kick out of spinning and spinning the wheel until we get to draft Anthony Davis or our other favorite elite prospect. Of course, since we're always sitting in the 7-10 range, it takes a lot of tries to get those #1 picks.

To the point of this FanPost: I tried about 15-20 spins last night. Every single one was with Detroit between 8-10. Every single one the selection was Gary Harris of MSU (oddly, the #1 pick I saw the most was Marcus Smart).

Now, prior to Chad Ford's lottery machine, I have not heard one person talk about Gary Harris coming out as a one-and-done, let alone being picked in the lottery. Despite living in Michigan, I haven't yet watched a single MSU game this season. I will be watching MSU v. UofM today with great interest, mostly generated by this lottery scenario.

My question to everyone is what do you all think? Obviously, we have some need for a quality shooting guard. Have any of you watched MSU extensively? What's Harris like and does he make sense as a lottery pick if he comes out early? I'll go ahead and include the link to Harris' stats from this year, which don't wow me (though the TS% is pretty decent).

Now your thoughts.
