"I got stats on stats on stats..." (F-G/F/F-C)

Good Lord Boyet, my beauty, though but mean,
Needs not the painted flourish of your praise:
Beauty is bought by judgement of the eye,
Not utter'd by the base sale of champmen's tongues

~ Shakespeare [Love's Labours Lost, 1588]

In layman's terms: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In the case of NBA players, it's more like: Value is in the pen of the check writer. So how "valuable" are our Pistons?

Using www.basketball-reference.com, breaking down the players by position into three categories (G/G-F, F-G/F/F-C, C/C-F), and www.hoopsworld.com for salary information, I'm going to try and assess how "valuable" each Piston from the 2012-13 roster was. I got the idea after reading demino12's first SB Nation Fan Post. The one criteria for my searches are players who played in at least 60 games in 2012-13.

Due to how long it takes to collect the data, I'm going to separate this in three parts. I'm did G/G-F Thursday, doing F-G/F/F-C today and C/C-F on Tuesday (hopefully).

There are 112 players who fit the category of F-G/F/F-C and have played at least 60 games. The Pistons in this group are Monroe, Singler, Villanueva, Maxiell and Prince (to compare what left).

Summary

It seems that Monroe MAY not deserve the max yet (though we know he'll get it) but is still young and cheap with plenty of potential, Singler at his price is a bargain, Villanueva (not that we needed anything statistical to prove it) is severely overpaid, Maxiell is slightly overpaid, and Prince's deal really wasn't that bad (considering). In terms of Prince, we all understand that he wasn't going to change the team and therefore it was wrong to make him the "centerpiece" of the rebuild when we resigned him, but his price point was rather accurate.

These posts may get a drastic change in style. Going to try and make this more readable by making them into tables. Also, do you think the ranges for these stats are appropriate? I've been considering lowering some of them to make the pool of players smaller in some cases. Give me some feedback, thanks.
