On This Date in Detroit Pistons History ... First Championship!

Baaaaad Boys!

On Tuesday, June 13th, 1989, 25 years ago, Detroit played Los Angeles in the 1989 NBA Finals, winning their 4th game in the series, and winning their first NBA Championship!

Were you not alive/unavailable/not a fan at that time? Do you not own the awesome NBA video collection that lets you watch this event over and over again for your personal entertainment and happiness?

I found the videos on YouTube.

Here's the full 4th game, as far as I can tell ... the whole game appears to be there. It's like stepping into a time machine, and watching the game on those old standard definition fuzzy screens, without cable! The Forum is there! Chuck Daly is there! Pat Riley is there! Mike Abdenour has most of his hair! Arsenio Hall!

Enjoy!
