Everyone I talk to is as baffled as you are to the whole Mo/Delfino situation. Flip is considerable becoming suspect to his affinitly for Mo Evans. It is clear to anyone with any sense of a basketball IQ that Delfino by far has more upside than Evans. Plus Delfino is younger and this season is in danger of taking a huge confidence blunder if Saunders does not start giving him regular minutes. In the last four games he has gotten 3 DNP and a few garbage minutes. The Pistons are about to lose another very talented played due to no playing time and their asking for a trade. Do the Pistons management see a very disturbing trend here? If they dont clearly see what a waste it was to give up Darko and not give him minutes then I think we as Pistons fans are in for a sad span to come.

Julie: It wasn't me who called out Flip on the mancrush -- I'm fully aware of my odd fascination with Delfino's game.

RE Delk: He seems decent. It's hard to get too annoyed when the first shot he attempts he makes, AND it's a 3. Then, just as I was about to ask if he knew how to pass the ball he had an assist. So, I can't complain.

As for the Vice Man (i think that rolls off the tongue a bit more easily) vs. Mo--I'd have to go with Vice, although it was somewhat ironic that you called out Flip Saunders for having a mancrush, don't you think?

Last thing- Dice was great last night. I'm glad his mini slump at the beggining of the season was just that.

i would love to enlighten you, but i cant. plain and simple, yesterday delfino should have been on the court, not evans. it's like flip developed a man crush on evans and refuses to play delfino. ok so if flip cant see his mistake then what about the rest of the coachin staff? why cant they be like, oh by the way flip, f-ing play delfino before evans, coz uhh, you know he's MUCH MUCH better at let see ball handling, setting up others, slashing and does not just wanna dunk, like you know evans does.
which is really all he does, i dont remember the last time he had a jumper.
it's too early for this.

on the other hand, other then chauncey's playing time (38)yesterday, flip did good with the starters, i think all under 31 minutes. i think a delk/delfino mix should be tried out.
