With not much going on around Old Tiger Stadium, I'm surprised that they're considering what they're considering. I will be up there when Tiger Stadium is finally demolished. Tiger Stadium has been a part of my life ever since I was a little boy when my Dad first introduced me to baseball in 1983. I've been hooked on the Tigers ever since... The drive to Detroit on Thanksgiving won't be the same without seeing Old Tiger Stadium. It gave me a warm feeling everytime I saw it, almost like a feeling of finally being in a place where I belonged. It’s a shame to see all of the old ballparks being torn down.
