WDFN scored a rare William Davidson interview at yesterday’s press conference. The Pistons owner spoke bluntly about the team’s outlook sans Ben Wallace. From MLive:
“There are pluses and minuses to that, them playing (so many games) together,” Davidson said. “I think they all got a little bored with each other is what more or less happened. I think we needed the shakeup.”

I think old Mr. D is right. We needed some new faces on our ball club. Ben will be missed but I think Nazr is can do a good enough job to get it done. With some new blood in the line-up along with Mr.Big shot playing for a new deal, The Pistons will be just fine.
Great interview with both Mr. D’s. Reading it makes me realize how lucky I am to be a fan of a class organization like the Pistons.
