I’d like to unveil a little pet project that I’ve been working on: Motor City Blogs. What exactly is it? Glad you asked.
Yes, I recognize the odd timing of my announcement: the start of a three-day weekend in which many of my readers are holed up in a cabin up north. (In fact, as of Saturday morning, I’ll be journeying up north to join all of those readers.) But I had to say something sooner or later, didn’t I? And really, what time is better than the present?
[UPDATE: Seems I didn’t quite open the gates to the public — if you tried accessing the page before and received a username/password prompt, well, that should be gone by now. And if it isn’t, use “test1″ as your user and pass. In case you haven’t noticed, it’s now definitely accessible.]

When I click on either link, it says coming soon and asks for a username and password…
Matt, you have it passworded. What the heck is it?
Thanks for letting me know — it should be fixed right now.
It still asked me a name and PW too, Matt.
By the way, you may be “up north” but I bet you’re still a couple hours south of me! Have a good weekend!
For what it’s worth, the quirky user/pass thing is officially resolved.
Very, very cool Matt.
looks good …clean and clear…just like your writing skills…. consider a side line of work in web design…
PS I am glad you survived New Orleans… were there any pics taken by anyone?
Very nice… A top bookmark no doubt!!
Thanks for the nice words, everyone.
In case you’re interested, I made a few more changes: adding multiple blogs for each sport and tweaking the design a bit.
Now that I’ve finally gotten this out of my system I promise to get back to what brought you here in the first place: more Pistons content.
hi everybody,
im a huge pistons fan living in kuwait….(im lebanese)… while i like i said am a die hard pistons fan…and i just wanted to say its really nice to see people that love motor city as much me…..go detroit!
Thanks for including SpartanBlog, Matt. I appreciate it.
Site looks great, and it’s a solid idea. Good luck.
pretty amazing. Really like them. Keep up the good work. I like the uncluttered look of the site. a quick suggestion - infront of the articles give a two-three line description of the article. Again great job, always wanted one site with all the Motown blogging.
