I know talent when I see it and no other player other than Jason Maxiell could match Cheikh's intensity and savvy for the game in the Vegas summer league. Shirley got 27 minutes of tick this season for Menorca in the ACB. He describes LEB as the scrub league that the two worst ACB teams get relegated to at the end of each season. LEB-2, Samb's league, is the the league below that.
