If you’re a sports blogger, be sure to partake in Ballhype’s Great Sports Blogger Study of 2007. It’s a brief (and I mean brief) survey that should help clarify (or reinforce) some common stereotypes of bloggers.
Also, if you’re a blogger of any stripe, do me a favor and leave a note in the comments with the name and URL of your site — I’m going to update my sidebar links with a “DBB Readers” section. It’s an idea I’ve wanted to do for a while and I’ve been spurred into action by this post by Boney. (I guess I can’t promise a link to everyone, but I’d definitely like to hit up at least all of the regulars.)

Matt, I’m a religious subscriber to your RSS feed and you’re a great source for all things Pistons.

I sometimes delve into sports on my blog…

Hey Matt, Big Al of “The Wayne Fontes Experience” here.
http://waynefontes.com
DBB has long been part of my daily RSS feed reading. I’m damn curious to see the results of Ballhype blogger poll.
I just wanted to say this blog and the community of people who comment has one of the best mixes of insight, knowledge, good humor and common sense of any blog I read on regular basis. Kudos to DBB and the people that comment on a regular basis.
Hi, I really like your blog and will fill out the survey tomorrow… Please do check out my blog at http://boederbucks.blogspot.com/
I love your blog, and I’m on my way to check out the survey.

Matt,
Big fan of the site–especially the mutual Amir Johnson Man Crush that we seem to have. I run The Blog That Yost Built at http://yostbuilt.blogspot.com
It’s mostly Michigan hockey stuff, but I delve into Pistons and Wings stuff sometimes as well.
-Tim
Been a long time fan of the site and have never commented before. I love reading your insights after pistons games and I still can’t believe we traded “the dolphin”. Think we got any chance with these rookies?
ha, forgot the blog site:

Hey Matt.
I’m sure you’re aware of our blog since you’ve linked to it at Fanhouse before, but I just wanted to let you know I’m paying attention.
Keep up the good Pistons work.

I don’t really run a blog, and my site has been mentioned here before, but if anyone wants to check out the Michigan Sports Report at http://www.michigansportsreport.com stop on by for up-to-the-minute Michigan related sports updates.
Matt (and Ian)
You guys, along with Natalie (Need4Sheed), bring some of the best Pistons items to the table for all fans of the red, white and blue. You guys were the main inspiration for me to spawn my abomination of a blog…
Keep up the good work man.

http://www.
I often delve into the Pistons in my blog. Check out the oldest month archives-some late 80’s Pistons/Bulls posts there.

Matt - Ryan from HoopsAddict.com and I’m a huge fan of DBB (it’s one of my daily stops as I look for NBA News for my Buzzer Beaters section).
I enjoy the people at Detroit Bad Boys. They don’t take mess. They stay informed. They strive to get better, and they’re already solid. Good times to be had by all.
Hey Matt, I do a fair bit of Pistons blogging: http//www.jennynathan.com — thanks in advance for checking it out! Love your blog.
I dont do any pistons blogging, and this may not be the right place for this, but I hate Chris Sheridan’s articles. Just had to get that off my chest.
Hey Boney,
Keep pimping your “blog”! Someday, someone other than Matt will show up.
Boney rulez!
Do I get $25 for filling out the survey? Keep up the great work. Catch me at http://www.cobrabrigade.com
Hey guys, I consider myself a regular even though I don’t post as often as some. I have two blogs, neither of which are hoops-related. One is for my photography business and one is for…..my baby. If anyone gets bored and wants to check them out:
http://garrettelliott.wordpress.com
and
http://parkerelliott.blogspot.com (ooooo, competing blog sites)
sweet, a fan club!
Not really a Pistons Fan… I do like the writting and the tshirt!
PD: Thanks for head’s up on the USA Basketball scrimmage
Typical…I forgot…

I was once inspired enough to start a blog on my muse, the Detroit Pistons. But soon enough, I found myself at a wash… How can one write about the Pistons when the only locally televised games I can watch are the Chicago Bulls? Booo…
Don’t add my blog to your list, for she is dead. However, I did write a tribute to my favorite Pistons blog as a “goodbye” to blogging back on the 4th of July. Its dedicated to DBB and its loyal community…

While I may be a sports blogger no longer, I will continue to come here at LEAST twice a day for as long as this blog is running. Even during the slow season we’re beginning now, Matt.
-Mike-
THis is a Detroit based Social Network. The Pistons and PSE passed on myspace to make DetroitCity.com their official Social Network.
Lots of different blogs there. I am the Sports blogger, but have been out of town, so until tomorrow, you will see a Tiger’s All-Star blog. I typically prefer to write on Basketball. I’ve had season tickets for 23 years with my Dad. Some of you might have seen or heard me, either at the Palace or in the Free Press/Detroit News, New York Times or Cleveland Plain Dealer, I’ve been called the Detroit Heckler. NBA rules, at least at the Palace, have changed the way you can approach the game.
That aside, I would love to have a larger community of Sports bloggers. I try to keep between 1-3 blogs a week. I’d love to have a few others, Detroit sports lovers, to write along side.
Come say hello, http://www.DetroitCity.com/Anson
See the blogs at http://www.DetroitCity.com/blogs
I’ve been enjoying your extensive Pistons coverage - keep up all of the excellent work.
Matt, your site is a must-read for any and all things Pistons.
And my site, The Association, will suck a lot less next season, I promise.

Definitely a big fan of DBB, I linked to a couple of your posts during the playoffs. Keep up the good work.
