Keith Langlois claims on Pistons.com that if the draft were held today (and Amir Johnson wasn’t already in the pros), both Rodney Stuckey and Johnson would have been lottery picks. I can’t say I disagree, but I’ll be a lot more interested in that kind of opinion come April or May.

You realize that we’ve all completely drunk the cool-aide on Johnson. God I hope he’s half the player spot action has made him look like because DAMN everyone has got my hopes up now. Inside of a couple months I’ve gone from thinking of him as “A D League longshot” to “Potentially the best rebounder the Pistons have had since Ben Left”… if the season doesn’t start soon I’m going to be comparing him favorably to Bill Walton at this rate…
