Who’s Carlos Defino? Forget him, why do we follow past people who never really did anything for us? Whats the microwave doing now-a-days?
We follow him since most of us supported him and liked him and thought he might eventually get what it means to attack the rim. I’m still excited to see him on Argentina when hes the main gun.
Once a Piston always a Piston. Hell I felt bad for Memut Okur’s fat a#$ when Utah went down hard in last year’s playoffs. I totally wish him all the best and hope he scores 30 the next time Toronto plays us… so long as their team scores less than Detroit I say “give em hell Carlos”.
And no, I have absolutely no problems with saying “The next time Toronto plays us” while living in Toronto with no foreseable return home coming on the horizon. The Raptors are fun to watch, the style of ball they play is interesting…… but it’s not championship ball, it’s not bad boys ball and it DEFINATELY isn’t Piston’s ball. Plus their uniforms are hideous (even the new ones) and their logo is a dinosaur… “microbrew team extrodinare”.
Well Okur is a different story. He was on a championship squad. Carlos Defino never really got my attention. He never looked that great to me. And no not a pistons always a piston. I really liked Carlos Delfino, very underrated defensive player and was really developing his shooting game…it was fun to see him develope as much as he did in a Piston’s Uniform and on top of that he was an absolute steal in the 2nd Round…
And i still think he could definately turn into Great player…i also wish him the best of luck in Toronto…if they know what is best for them, then they should start him..
