I've seen this before . . .

When the Red Wings were a constant threat to take the Cup, those crowds got real quiet.

Detroit fans . . . total scene.

Tigers keep putting up Ws? Just watch. Half the people there won't know the names of five players on the home team.

I completely agree with Chris McCosky why the heck do other people keep focusing on whos playing and whos not....Some people might have forgotten that the piston has the best starting line-up in the east, in my opinion though, in the nba. Rip, Sheed, Prince and Chaunce...What more could you ask for? plus dyes is the best fit to take cweb's spot. If anything, people should be more focus on when are these players gonna be intact TOGETHER...if its not rip, its chaunce/dyes, if its not those two, its sheed....whos next? prince? hopefully not. once they're intact, nothing would make me more happy if at least 3 starting lineup play consistently.

I think that the many concourses at the Palace is something that Davidson and those in charge should be lauded for. They have created not only an arena, but an entertainment complex. There are many arenas in the country that have one or two options for food and drinks, but the Palace truly has a bevy of these options. The people who decide not to be there during the first quarter because they are enjoying one of these options are getting a more full experience than they would otherwise. It may not be great for the crowd noise, but I think it is a testament to an organization who feels that the fan experience is tantamount.
