This is from 1991, and I actually remember it the first time around. It’s really a throwback to a different era, and I’m not just talking about the short shorts — the “highlights” consist of solid fundamentals: a running hook, a jumper and a steal.

Nice video from the vault. I like the generic background music that the NBA used for a million different videos and promotional items from 1987 to 1994.
Here’s a great highlight of a Pistons-Bulls game from ‘91-92 with a lot of great Dumars play. Notice the last 6 seconds of the game where the Pistons have a two-point lead and Dumars is guarding Jordan — with no help. Dumars had 28 pts, a key steal from Jordan, and knocked John Paxson out of the game with a solid pick.
