Very nice Q&A, although they appear to snatch images from other sites without credit...

Nevermind about that meaningful game. You need both teams to show up for that to be the case.

It's just amazing to have a MEANINGFUL EAST BASKETBALL GAME.

Atlanta/Philly matchups are full of the yawn!

Love the cross-blog conversation.

Jason,
I think if we take 2 of 3 from the Celtics (both wins coming on THEIR home floor), they're likely to be rattled. This team is totally meltdown prone. Pierce is nuts with his jersey-popping and chest thumping and KG has already thrown a basketball at Antonio McDyess once. If we stick them by going 2-2 in Boston, even with them adding Cassell and Brown, they're going to lose some swagger (or whatever you call what Pierce does). Plus, every single one of the Pistons is sick and tired of being overlooked. First it was the Celtics, now it's like 8 teams in the West. Beating the Celtics TWICE in Boston will turn some heads. If we win tonight, NO ONE will pick Boston to come out of the East, and I don't think that will damn us into complacency.

First I agree... classy and informative.

Second. Although I am a pistons fan... the celtics not the pistons are the team to beat. simply put scoreboard. Even withouth KG for 9 games they have the best record in the NBA.
That being said I think we can and will beat them in the playoffs. I would love being the second seed and avoding either cavs/celts. I have said all year record doesnt matter, home court doesnt matter. We can win on the road... in fact against lesser teams I think it helps us focus.

Also in terms of tonights game. sorry don't agree, doesnt mean as much as has been hyped. Yes I want to win like no other and will be pissed if we lose. but. samIam isnt playing and if you think the alien isnt going to make a difference you are dead wrong. Even at 57 kid can ball.
